I love Twilight! It has a very very large amount of issues in the sick-ness department it needs to sort out, but the books were still addictive. Haha,
haha i used to be obsessed with Twilight. and then i read AGATB. now, im not obsessed anymore. loloh, and what were you guys talking about before twilight? in havent been on this group in MONTHS!!
It's an anime... But I know that the author likes anime because this random person was reading a Shonen Jump magazine, which is an anime publishing company thing, and only people who know about anime would know about Shonen Jump.

Wait, is the Mortal Instruments Series the City of Bones and stuff? Grrr... The author totally stole her idea from Bleach! That filthy... *mutters under breath*

Same story here. Funny how that worked...addictive drug and antidote all with color coordinated book jackets.
Yeah, then I read Breaking Dawn, lol. And reread the series (for the millionth time) with a new eye.
I hate Twilight in general, lol, you can find my posts on the "Twilight Haters" group. I know why some people like it though, I used to love it too. :)

Oh, I agree with him being somewhat of a jerk. I didn't like him for that reason. I wasn't surprised when he turned out to be gay, and that didn't affect my perception of him. Oh I love his gay boyfriend. He is most definitely my favorite character. Jace is like a better version of Edward in my opinion.

I know. That sounded weird and I put that wrong. He was kinda an idiot and a jerk in the beginning, that's all. But yes, him being gay did influence me not liking him a bit, but I wouldn't have anyway, and didn't like him before I found out that he was. But now I do more, because he's nicer. And has an awesome and funny boyfriend, lol. (*whispers* I'd like to point out that I absolutley love his (even more) gay boyfriend. Easily my favorite character, other than Jace. But Jace is like Edward so...)
Allie, I think it's interesting how you worded that. I'm not attacking you, but I think it's interesting how because he's gay means that he had to prove himself to be a good person and friend. I might be interpreting it wrong, but I just find that interesting.
Somewhat. It's complicated, I'm not totally against them or hate them or anything. But it's not the point and I'm not getting into it, I'd appreciate it if you just respect my thoughts and beliefs.
I saw it coming. I guessed in the first book, and in Rebel Angels I was pretty much positive that Fee really loved Pip, and still did. Still, I was a little surprised, idk why really, lol, since I was sure by then that they were lesbians.
I agree w what someone said... if libba revealed that earlier, i admit that i would be prejudiced and not liked Fee and Pip as much as I do. With the hints that i noticed, i got used to it and to them.
Like in Cassandra Clare's the Mortal Instruments series. One of the main characters is gay, and you find out pretty early in the first book. I was surprised, and didn't like him for a long time, until he really proved himself to be a good person and friend.
Well, I understood that part but still wouldn't she have to face it sooner or later seeing that Pip wasn't good at all before they kissed or anything like that though. I know why Fee would have a hard time believing Gemma about everything she says about Pip and all but I thought that she was going to have to face the fact sooner or later.
As I said before, I somewhat saw it coming. I wasn't surprised by any means. But I think Felicity still loved her, because they were apart. It's that saying, being apart makes the heart fonder. Also Fee didn't want to see was Pippa was becoming. She wanted to see Pippa as she once was.

i thought it made sense she loved her for who she used to be not for who she became to be.

Did anyone NOT see that comming? Because I know I didn't. But why in the world would she still love Pip? I hated her in the end because of her selfishness and how she wants Gemma's power to herself. and now Pip and Fee are lovers?! How in the world does that make sense?
yes but do u think that if she had immediately reveled there secret before we new who there characters were would that have changed opinions on them???

I read that part a few times before it actually believed it. I think that Libba Bray was trying to and was very succesful in making a point there about issues we're dealing with today. Gays and Lesbos are just like the rest of us exceot for the fact that they like the same gender. If you have read the entire series and get ti know everthing else about felicity and piper before you learn about thier relationship your opinion about them doesnt really change.
i think gay relation ship[s are easy to understand it's just a bit different then wat most people are use to
