I added this book to the list of "Banned Books" and I was hoping to receive some attention. The book was written for children and the age group indicated on the cover is "8+". An intriguing story for children, it is intended for all ages and the older the reader, the better he/she will understand the core messages. This book has been banned in it's country of origin (Iran) and many other countries due to political contents.
Let us open a dialogue and honor those writers and educators who write for children and young adults in such a way that the political and social issues of our era can be addressed. How can we help raise awareness in an effort to solve the unfortunate living conditions for millions of people all over the world.
