I can't add the book or author, that's what I am trying to find! I read a book about a girl that was turned into a vampire, she met a guy that helped her find a place to live and they became a couple. At the same time there were murders happening near-by so when the fella decided to put the vampire girl into the freezer to see how long she would sleep, then the cops came and arrested him and she woke up as the mortian was going to have sex with her. The murderer was aq vamp that turned her and they ended up killing him.... ok, so this was funny/thrilling and fun read and the 2nd book came out while I was reading the first, review was in people so I didn't think it would be difficult to get ahold of the next book. didn't count on so many vampire books coming out at the same time! Does anyone know what these booksare called?

Christopher Moore is a very talented and hillarious writer I've not read his vampire books but loved Dirty Jobs and Lamb.
