1356784 Another book to look for is The Declaration - it is not nearly as good as Ender's Game, but its on par with the Uglies books.

1090466 ya, my friends are reading Uglies

1154130 They shouldn't have much trouble. I don't think the book has gone out of print since it was published in 1985.

If they have any Scott Westerfeld books at the fair, especially Uglies or Peeps, you might want to give them a peek as well and see if they are of any interest.

1090466 ok, my school is having a book fair, and i asked them if they could sell it, they will see if they can find it.

1356784 Definitely Ender's Game, as Greyweather suggested. If you like it, there are two series spun off from it.

I'd also recommend Little Brother.
