Nophoto-m-25x33 i love reading cs lewis. i happen to be a fairly religious person, but i feel like anyone with an intense spiritual curiosity can enjoy and evolve by reading his theological considerations.

the great divorce may be my favorite of all his theological commentaries. so often in life, i lose sight of how my actions today affect the character of my soul tomorrow. in simple terms, cs lewis communicates to me that every decision i make now will work to form my being. his perspective on the afterlife is not one of judgment, but one of justice. very simply, he makes it apparent that our own actions are what will create our condition in the afterlife.

967907 I thoroughly enjoy CS Lewis as well. It took me a bit to really get in to this one - I wasn't sure where he was going with it, but in the end I loved the allegory.
