Laya tensed as the crowds roars met her ears. Her outfit wasn't great...but she didn't care.

Lise narrowed her eyebrows as she was transported onto her spot metal plate. "Oh. My. God," she muttered.

Maya came down. She ws almost frozen with fear.

Masoon smiled at Maya. Maybe he could get a treaty with her! Otherwise....he tried not to think about it.


Laya's hand twitched to where her knife was usually. That had to be her first weapon to claim.

She looked around. She had to try to get something. Food and water. Wepons later

Lise looked at her surroundings. Cornocopia. In front of her. Everything was piled around it. Far away, there was a volcano or something. A mountain, of sorts. Then she realized something. "It's cold," she murmured, shivering. Soon, the gong rang, and she sprinted towards the Cornocopia, the first one there.

She grabed the canteen, a bag of herbs, and a pack and ran as fast as she could away from the scene.

Lise grabbed a small pack, slung it on her shoulder, then got a knife then ran towards the woods. Now I just need to find Luke and Jasmine...

Maya ran to the woods and found water. It was running so it was clean. Good she didn't want to get posined.

BOOM! Lise heard a cannon sound. Someone had just died...

Maya winced as the cannon sounded. That wan't going to be her.

Lise stopped at a safe spot, or so she thought, and started to look in her pack.

Masoon grabbed a random pack and followed Maya. He dived on the ground as a knife whistled past his ear. He kept crawling forward.


Laya cursed but didn't throw another. She needed to save her knives that she had found by the cornucopia. She had also found a thermal suit, but no sign of food.

A knife whized by and hit a tree near Maya. She jumped back.

Masoon thought she was hiding from him. "Truce?" he panted.

"Did you throw that knife?" she said eyes wide

"No-" He started, but he was cut off by a arrow whizzing over his shoulder. "Lets go!" He yelled to Maya, grabbing her arm and running along the river.

She got out of his grip almost immedetly. She ran faster than him. It was easy to keep up.

Masoon wanted to tell her to slow down, but was afraid that someone else would catch up. Finally they reached what looked like a rock wall. The water from the stream was trickling down the side of the rock. "Must be the border," He puffed. "Look!" he pointed to a small cave near the top, behind the flowing waterfall, if you could call it that.

Maya was harly out of breath "Can you climb?" she asked geting ready to start

Masoon shrugged. "A little," he said, gripping the slippery edge.-

"Good" she started to get up jumping and graping with agility.

Lise opened her pack. "Knives... A canteen... And some dried meat... Good," she mumbled, slipping the pack over her shoulder and heading on.

Willow grabbed a few knives and looked around for Laurant.

James was running away from the Cornocorpia. Valerie smiled, aimmed her poisened arrow at him, and let go.

Masoon eyed her nervously and slowly started to scale the wall.


Laya saw Valerie and headed over to her. "What do you have?" She sneered.

Laurent fell a sting in his back, and he fell down. BOOM. He was dead.

Lise continued walking when she heard some more cannon sounds. "Blood and gore... Glad I ran away..."

James saw the arrow. Too late. At least it got his leg, not his back, where it had been aimmed for. But still not good. The arrow was poisened... he could see it when he pulled out the bloody arrow. He saw, his vision starting to become blurry, Valerie running towards him, a knife in her hands and a crazy look in her eyes. So... this is the end, he thought.

Willow gasped, then turned and ran the other way. She had to get away... away from this all.

Yola saw James. She grabbed him and pulled him behind the bush and onto her knee. Her body shook so hard he had the appearance of someone who had swallowed a phone on vibrate. His blood dripped onto her arm and she stood up.


Laya saw Yola and pulled out her knife...

Lise became tired after running. How long had it been? A mile? She stopped and climbed a tree, getting ready to see the fight. When she got to the top, all she heard were screams.

Melody grabbed a spear, then saw Laya trying to kill a small girl. "Who's this?" Melody asked snidely.

Valerie turned around, seeing that James was probably done for. "You know her?" she asked Laya snidely.

James tried to get up, but he started to black out when he tried, so he just lay there. He didn't know how long it would take for the poisen to kill him, but he was going to die, so why not this girl kill him now?

"Her?" asked Laya, gesturing to Yola. "The wimp doesn't even have a weapon, and I'm not going to waste one on her." She walked over to Yola, who was cowering beside James. Laya grabbed her and roped her to a tree. "If someone doesn't kill her, she's going to freeze to death once it gets dark."

Valerie shrugged. "Whatever. Let's go." She walked up to James and kicked him hard in the face before heading into the woods.

James's leg felt like it was on fire, and blood was everywhere from his now broken nose. His shaking fingers opened the backpack he had gotten from the Cornocorpia, and he pulled out a bottle of water with a sigh. Not looking at Yola, he began to wash his leg wound, knowing it was no use. The poisen was already inside of him. And soon it would be night, and they would freeze to death if they didn't build a fire.

Laya watched Valerie, then turned to Yola and punched her in the face. "It was a good idea," Laya explained, a grin on her face as she followed Valerie into the forest.

Yola's eye started swelling. "Ow," she moaned quietly, not wanting to attract anyone else. Yola struggled uselessly against her bonds. That girl could tie a knot.

James tried to wash away the blood, but it just kept on flowing. He couldn't imagine what he looked like right now. Didn't want to. "Thanks for saving me," he muttered quietly, not able to say it any louder, not even knowing if the girl had heard him.

Yola looked at him with wide eyes. "If you can get me out I can help you more," She said softly.

James painfully threw Yola his pack. "There might be a knife or something in there. You can use it to cut the ropes. Then just... go find shelter. There's no helping me now."

Yola gasped as the pack hit her in the stomach. She fumbled around for the knife and cut her bonds. Her wrists and ankles were covered in rope lines. Yola stumbled over to James. "I'm sorry," she whispered. Then she grabbed both of his packs and ran.

James was alone now. He felt himself slowly slipping out of consciousness (sp?), and fought to stay awake, knowing if he blacked out now he would never wake up again.

Yola kept running, though tears mingled with blood from her swollen eye and dripped onto the ground behind her, making an obvious trail.

Mostly everyone must be out of the Cornocorpia now, thought Willow. She knew she should probably go back to see if there were any suppilies left over, but she didn't want to. The bodies would be all gone by now, but still... Finally she forced herself to go back. It was getting darker and colder, and she needed a jacket of some kind. After a while of walking, she tripped over something. She gasped when she saw with the last rays of sunlight that it was the Career from training!

Melody scoffed. "Whatever."

Lise sat in the tree, waiting for another bomb to sound. Nothing happened for a while. I wonder if it's over, she thought.

Luke swiftly flew through the arena, scanning it for Lise, Jasmine, or some supplies available. He leaped over black backpack, lugging it along with him. He spotted Lise, sitting on top of a tree. He scurried over there silently, trying to avoid the commotion. Arriving nearly out of breath, he hopped up a tree near Lise's, out of danger for the moment.

Lise felt someone behind her. "Hello, Antonio," she said sarcastically.
