Terrible, Horrible, Yucky Books of Doom
Books that you would rather burn than pick up for a second read. This is the place to warn others and complain about them.
SOPHIE'S WORLD.
we had to read it in 5th grade and it was all college level philosophy which NOBODY understood and then it had sex in it and we were all like 10. not good.

To make a long story short: It was in the childrens section. It REALLY REALLY should not have been there and I'm glad I read it first and had it reshelved before some poor little six year old could get ahold of it.

It wasnt very much like the movie. I loved the movie. The book was a real life story of what the author did and hardly any of it was the same as the movie, although i didnt finish the book so i cant compare the whole thing

Pretty much every book I have read, I've liked. I am very picky about the books I choose. I can usually tell just by the title or cover if I'm going to like it...
Oh those City of Ember Books, ugh, especially the third one! Absolutly horrible, now that I think about it.
I never saw the movie, the first book was actually good, the second not as great. the third, horrible a waste of time, the forth, just as good as the second.

me 2!!! i dont wanna give BACK a book!! i want my own so i look really smart when my bookshelves fill up!! preferably hardback too, paperback are too flimsy. but hardback r kind of expensive i have to be in the discount club at my bookstore

me neither, and i dont like the plasticky stuff on library books or the little pocket on the inside etc. i like my own!!

i like the plasticky stuff!! cuz i hate when i'm reading a hardcover book and the cover jacket keeps slipping off! acck!
