You're not alone. I tried them, didn't care for them.

I've hated Meg Cabot's other books. Is this one for the YA group? I was thinking of giving it a chance, but I'm leery

Cortney wrote: "I just finished reading The Crimson Frost by Marcia Lynn McClure!! It was WONDERFUL!!! Absolutely loved it!"
I added it to my "to-read" shelf. Is there fade to black in it? I hate reading graphic or erotica novels.

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater (sounds like another epic romance)
Eyes like Stars by (i forget)

Aww thanks Angee glad you liked it =]
OMGosh! I read Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side today and absolutely ♥LOVED♥ it!! I highly recommend it!! It's another vampire book, the first I've liked since Twilight!
Ruby! wrote: "OH! those.. read the ones for teenagers!!"
I read Queen of Babble and was sourly disappointed, and I tried The Boy Next Door, but it was all emails. I didn't want to waste anymore of my time on her books.
Have you read The Mediator? Which books are her teenager ones? I can't read a book after I've watched the movie so The Princess Diaries is out.
Ruby! wrote: "awww!! you just insulted my fav author!!! hmmm.... Haha..

I didn't insult the author, just said I didn't like any of the four I tried reading. :)

This is a great topic Emi B! Thanks for starting it!
As for me this month, I just finished Need by Carrie Jones--don't recommend wasting your time.
And then within a few hours, I read If I Stay by Gayle Forman and all I have to say is "wow!! great book!" I highly recommend all of you reading this book next! It is so good and I was so impressed with how this story was laid out! I cried, I laughed, I mourned. Great story!
lol... you girls are funny. Anywho... I didn't like Meg Cabot at all. I tried several of her books and hated them. Oh well.
Percy Jackson & the Olympians series: I've read the first two, but really struggled to finish the second book. The author narrates comically and so it is very interesting and I find myself laughing a lot, but I don't really care for the characters.
Aurelia: I liked this book a lot. I think the author has a lot of potential and liked Academy 7 better ;) Check it out if you haven't already. They are by Anne Osterlund.
Yeah i know but when he goes to college, Lana blurts out that college boys expect you to do it or they wont like u anymore!!

theres deffientlly two princess diaries movies based on the books i read those books when they very first came out and i loved them however i onli own up to the 5th one i need to get the rest of them =]
