Thats a great deal! 15 books for £2!
It's a six-part series that consists in very chort chapters. The scene takes place in San Francisco and deals with a lot of different characters. It has good reviews and listed in a lot of best book list. It's supposed to be very funny, very sad, very entertaining, very Everything actually...! Lots of my friends are currently reading them.
I just bought Princess Academy by Shannon Hale for my book club, so far so good. I plan on reading it with my daughter--she's eight and I think she would like it.

Let The right One In - OK if I am truly honest my wife bought it - she was looking for Twilight for me and decided to go for this instead as she wants to read it and could not find the other book.

i think catching fire could just well be even better than the first one
Jo wrote: "I ordered Hunger Games and A Dirty Job "
I'm glad you got Hunger Games...Catching Fire was just as good...I'm reading A Dirty Job now!
Today I bought used:
Lonesome Dove
Belong to Me
The Historian
The Handmaids Tale
How to be Good
The Inheritance of Loss
I want to read The Historian. You will have to let me know what you think of it. Also let me know what you think of A Dirty Job!
I really liked Lonesome Dove, although there is one scene in it that gives me the creeps (snakes!) to this day. Must have been well since it stuck with me so well & it's been a decade or more since I read it. I liked the movie (mini-series?) too. A Dirty Job was a lot of fun. I can only take so much of that sort of humor, but it was a quick read & interesting.
I recently bought Lord of the Flies (great read) and Blood Meridian. I really liked The Road, it was a brilliant read so I decided to try out another of Cormac McCarthy's books.I plan on buying Bram Stoker's Dracula, Gulliver's Travels and The Picture of Dorian Gray at some point over the weekend.
I recently brought "Must Love Hellhounds" (ebook). I just finished Ilona Andrews "Magic Bites", "Magic Burns" and "Magic Strikes" in Audiobook format and wanted to continue reading her selections.
