Yes...mostly.
Erec certainly found out a lot of stuff, but it takes forever for information to sink in! It's like he has to have two or three hints, and then get told directly, and he's still surprised.
He did figure out a few things faster. Like, when *spoiler alert* he had to get the boar pendant thing, but go back in time to do it? That was good.
When he was a baby, I was pretty annoyed he didn't pick up a crayon and start spelling what he wanted everyone to know. Wouldn't that have been convincing?
I like how he really has to work at the quests, and figure them out, not just do them.
I expected Erec to learn more magic, and he only learned how to look into the future. That's pretty neat, though.
