Author glitch?

Doing it that way is sort of like a surprise grab bag, you never know what you're going to get.
The more dependable way of doing it is by clicking on the "add book/author" link (it's sitting right on top of the comment window that you type in) and searching for the book/author you want.
I typed them in manually. Replacing brackets with parentheses, they were:
(author:L. Sprague de Camp)
and
(author:Fletcher Pratt).
I just wrote a review of Day of the Giants by Lester del Rey. In the review, I mentioned its similarity to a series by L. Sprague de Camp and Fletcher Pratt. When I published the review and got a copy for my LiveJournal, however, the author links had morphed: L. Sprague de Camp had changed into a link to Robert Howard (who hadn't been mentioned in the review) and Fletcher Pratt had changed into L. Sprague de Camp!
I went into the HTML and manually corrected the links, but the errors are still in the original review. I didn't mispell the authors names, and both have pages here on GoodReads. Any idea what the problem could be?
FYI, I used author links in this post, and as you can see the same glitch applies.
