Although, I was picturing Aro as looking like his late thirties, except with a good body, and perfect skin.
When you go from 20-40 your head becomes less oval and more square making your jaw, less pronounced, so that's what I expected Aro to have. A less pronounced Jaw.

My cousin said Alec and Jane look related. That's good. She's never even read the book, so she had no clue they're supposed to be related.

I must have read it somewhere, I can't remember. I think it also has something to do with the deterioration of the cells under your skin, that is supposed to hold you features together, when those cells break you get wrinkles.

Lol, Jenny. How many teen vampire novels have you been reading? Vampires aren't supposed to be attractive, just some of them are. And Like Stephenie said, if someone is really unattractive as a human they will look average as a vampire.
