Romance, Urban Fantasy, Young Adult/ Mystery( you can mix it up with this one), Chick-Lit, and Fantasy.

Duration August 1st to December 31st

This sounds like fun, but I can't abide most chick-lit and am not a fan of regular fantasy for the most part. There is a new book coming out next month by Terry Brooks that is part of his Magic Kingdom of Landover series that I'm looking forward to, but can't think of much else in that vein that I'd read. I'll see what I can do as far as the others!

Hmm just from your post I think I'll put up a suggestion catergory for this challenge. It may help you pick out some books for those catergories. You can incorporate some UF into your Fantasy list if that helps.

Jael, I have a question for you - for the romance category, are the books supposed to be "normal," or can they have paranormal elements?

@ Amanda actually all the books are supposed to have a Paranormal theme to them.

A good chick-lit paranormal book that I can recommend is Nice Girls Don't Have Fangs. It's a nice blend of Sookie and Betsy and I thought it was really funny.
