Knarik | 678 comments Hi Bay Bay. So are you really 11?
and- RA- I think this thread is good enough for new people to understand this group.

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10824 comments Jackie "the Librarian" wrote: "Hi Bay bay!

How old ARE you, anyway?"

Now Jackie, be nice to the n00b. Asking a person how old he/she is would be like asking him/her how much he/she weighs (but really, it's only not polite to ask the ladies - Bay Bay, if you're a girl, you're excused from answer this).

message 256: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Bay bay dont get us ppl.

message 257: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10824 comments How I feel when I see Bay bay's mad cow picture:

message 258: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) That poor cat has no upper teeth! Did the mad cow scare them away?

RA, I don't know how to find threads either. I rely on The Heidi.

message 267: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Well, if we didn't have so blamed many of them .... ;)

Says the compulsive thread starter.

message 269: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) I'm trying to quit.

message 270: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10824 comments The key is to remember obscure keywords from the threads... and then run a search for that word.

message 277: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) I am new to this group and I like to commit prolepsis.

message 278: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Not here you don't!

message 279: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) Sorry, Stephen. Only joking. Welcome to TC.

message 280: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) hehehehe, I'm fine with it all. I plucked prolepsis out of my memory of words I don't know what they mean, then I looked it up so that if anyone asked, I would appear erudite

message 281: by Heidi (new)

Heidi (heidihooo) | 10824 comments Ostentacious.

message 282: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) I'm just glad I'm not an Osteostraci

message 286: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) Thank you, Jim. I have no fear of jumping in. I frequently go from frying pan to fire. Bad habit of mine.

message 287: by Félix (new)

Félix (habitseven) It's great to be a mammal, ain't it, Stephen?

message 288: by Stephen (new)

Stephen (stephenT) I am so honored to be mammalian. I want to thank all the little people...

message 289: by Félix (new)

You also seem to know when to quit, a good trait.

Sharon Ellis | 6 comments I love my front porches - upstairs, downstairs - to sit and think - and to talk and comtemplate.
I love horses, don't own one - I want to own a horse!!!
I am interested in people and things and really like to be treated kindly and not turned on -
I like the explanation at the start by random anthony.
I guess we are random ions and pions bumping into each other ---
happy to be in the space until we all move on to the other spaces that the forward movement takes us to.

I am the person on the cover throwing bread to the seagulls in Gslveston ... during a relevation of the Eucharist and Bread of Life when God opened up the heavens and communed with me...
