I went and bought it last night and I am stoked to start it!
I'm game for any of Austen's novels. Am I correct in assuming that we'll be reading only 3 for the fall?? Lisa

certainly Emma and sense and sensibility are on my voting list too. Some of her works are truly classic. I loved reading and teaching them.
I vote for Emma, Sense and Sensiblity and Mansfield Park, becasue those are her works I have not yet read.

i think that sounds good. i will put up a poll in a few days.
I've read all Jane Austen's completed books. I don't mind which one I reread but don't think I'd want to do more than three maximum.
I don't care which ones we read - except Pride and Prejudice since it's the only one I've already read and I would like to read something new by her.I think we should stick with one a month.
Well, if we just read three, my favourites are Persuasion, Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility.
I'm not a big Austen fan, but I really liked Northanger Abbey so I would recommend that one, it's different.
