The July Sweet Life Book Club selection will be "The Penny Pinchers Club" by Sarah Strohmeyer. This is a brand new novel (release date 7/02/09) that is the story of what money can and can't buy. It's also a reminder that sometimes we can focus on money too much, whether spending or saving, and ignore the things that really matter in our life. Oh, I think this is a perfect book for me to read. Especially since I lost my job last week. We are trying to not stress too much over the money aspect, and it sounds like this book gives a fresh perspective.
