Like Live Music

I first found this book because of the podcast. I listened to it while I was painting, just for something to listen to. I ended up really liking it, because it hasn't been forced into the format that publishers often insist upon. I'm so bored of copycat books. (I liked Lord of the Rings the first time, I don't need to read everyone else's knock of of it.) Since the book wasn't a cookie-cutter book, and was produced on a small scale, it feels more natural, kind of earthy. It reminds me of live music at the coffee shop, compared to over produced music on the radio. I'll take the live music any day.
The book isn't like anything I've ever read, and I wasn't able to predict where the story was headed. I'm a fan.
