I love biographies and memoirs, and highly recommend Maya Angelou. The first was I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings which I really enjoyed. Handmaid and Nine Tailors are both favorites of mine!!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone! :) My name is Jen! I've been actively involved in Bookcrossing and I just found out this great site from a fellow Bookcrosser. I read just about anything except Harlequin and Biographies/Memoirs. My favorite authors are J.R.R.Tolkien, Margaret Atwood and Agatha Christie. Some of my favorites books are The Lord of The Rings, The Handmaid's Tale, Crime and Punishment, The Wasp Factory, A Clockwork Orange and The Nine Tailors. Ha, I've also got some of my least favorite books and that includes everything from S for Stephanay Mayer. Well, I liked books from Anne Rice and some of Anita Blake. I also enjoy some horror books like Heart-Shaped Box. Overall, hmm, I read most things as long as I don't fall asleep reading them!
