The only weekend time I'd like to avoid is Saturday the 22nd, because I'm volunteering at Sand and the City, and I have a feeling it'll be exhausting.
I'm camping on the 25-27 of August, but those are weekdays.
Any other time is fine with me!

Oh, and I'll assume the meeting is off for both tonight and tomorrow unless I hear otherwise.

Wow, am I the silent 5th? I had no idea! I haven't responded in quite some time since all of my weekends are booked for both August and September. I assumed if it was an over-nighter, it would be on a weekend. But please don't hold up planning for me!

I have to say that I'm impressed you ladies go to such length to include everyone! I gave up on that a long time ago - I have no patience for throwing out endless dates to groups of people (I'm mostly thinking of the ladies weekends I try to plan, but have also done lots of event planning for work) and never finding something that will work for everyone.

Please don't hold up the planning for me, but I'll try to make whatever date you choose!

I could do September 11th or 12th- the rest of this month is pretty busy for me anyhow. There's really no rush. Rachael- we try to be an inclusive lot!

heehee - that may be challenging with a bunch of librarians. I know I often have 1pm or 2pm lunches. Plus, we work a fair distance from each other... I'm willing to try though...
