وَالْفِتْنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ

persecution is severer than slaughter,
(191 Al-baqarah)

Hence,Everyone who has started this persecution with an empty claim is responsible for her life and others lives,

64550 and those who murdered Neda, should know this:

Whoever kills a person without his being guilty of murder or of creating unrest in the land, is as though he kills the whole of mankind.

(Al-Maaidah 5: 32)

64550 What most Iranians believe is this:

"Fight in the cause of God, but do not trangress limits. God does not love trangressors"

Qu'ran 2:190

64550 There was once a country, & Iran was her name
It had some good rulers, and some who were lame

Its history goes back, some seven thousand years
This country was made with, blood and sweat and tears

Throughout all the history, she has withstood wars
It has been called many things, "Iran, Persia, Pars"

It had bend but not break, fighting foreign mobs
Each time having heroes, Rostams & Sohrabs

Poetry flourished, during all this time
Ferdowsi & Hafez, Sa'adi & Khayyam

What a great rich culture, that had never died
They brought back what once lost, Iranian pride

All we ever wanted, to be a great nation
Like thousand some years ago, before the invasions

Their jury has voted, and our sentence done
All of us are guilty, of loving our Iran

No matter what happens tomorrow, the sun will again rise
And you'll know who was truthful & who told us lies

905085 Sometimes we have to just trust our instincts and our intuition and we will know the truth - if we depend on media, governments, official investigations for truth then I would say we have not only cheated truth but ourselves. "ariel"

My point about Neda Salehi or Neda Agha Sultan ,that there's no official investigate about her yet, is that with magnifying a News with media and press we never can find the truth.
But yes, with magnifying News you can start a media tumult battle between Islamic republic and west and put the challenge diplomacy between, in a harder way,
As I know, there are several innocent people have been murdered in the tumults by the protest and the police forces, about 10 days ago a little girl with a woman, in the way of kindergarten to their home, was murdered by the protest, and there's no news magnifying of them.
Neda Salehi or Neda Agha Sultan have been shoted and it's the only real information about her, We do not really know who shot at her, the police and the forces have claimed that they do not have any forces and mission on there and also the bullet is not belong to the police or other military systems and they have claimed that they have been forbidden to shot at protest .On the other hand the protest said that she was murdered by the police or other military system. And its just a doubt and A doubt is not truth.

UN chief urges Iran to halt use of force

United Nations secretary-general Ban Ki-moon has urged an immediate stop to use of force against civilians in Iran and urged authorities to respect civil rights in dealing with protests over presidential election results.

A statement issued by Mr Ban's press office said he was dismayed by the post-election violence, "particularly the use of force against civilians".

Demonstrators have been gathering almost daily in Tehran since authorities said incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad had easily defeated challenger Mir-Hossein Mousavi in the June 12 vote.

Iranian television said 10 people were killed on Saturday and the hardline Revolutionary Guards vowed on Monday to crush resistance by "rioters".

The UN statement says Mr Ban "calls on the authorities to respect fundamental civil and political rights, especially the freedom of expression, freedom of assembly and freedom of information".

"He urges an immediate stop to the arrests, threats and use of force," it added.

The statement also said Mr Ban called on the Iranian government and the opposition to resolve their differences peacefully through dialogue and legal means.

The bulk of the statement made clear that Mr Ban, whose only previous statement on the crisis called for the will of the Iranian people to be fully respected, was directing his main criticism at the authorities.

854493 My best friend in Iran, a doctor who showed me its beautiful culture when I visited Teheran in 2000, who fought a war in the name of the Islamic Republic (against Iraq), who took care of wounded soldiers in the frontline, who always stood by real human values, is seen here trying to resuscitate Neda - hit in her heart.
