If this gets better than one can imagine how much India can advance with more educated people entering in the global economy. As such, impression is that India has more college graduates compared to many countries


Ashish Chandra It is not a paradox since our country is so big and young. Both these trends are present and we need to convert the self-goals into demographic capital. It would require coordination, money and innovative solutions.
