sure. this was a great book but very disturbing. when cassie dies lia is affected very much. she starves herself and cuts a little. i think those acts are acts out of fear, deppresion,loneliness.
i want all u guys to think of this from a diffrent perspective. we all probably have a best friend right? if not a really good friend. i know i do! so lets say u do everything together right? then you see on the news your best friend died. WHAT WOULD YOU DO???
what an exellent question maya you r so smart! here's what i would do: i would starve myself to death just like lia. not because i want to be skinny, but because i miss them. i would stay in my room for days crying refusing to eat. i know it sounds a little melodramatic, but that's the truth. i would never talk to anyone for a month at the max. i wouldn't want to get behind in school. anyone else?
i haven't read it. but i would go into deep depression. i would retreat into a book or even run away. you know what could help? listening to nature or relaxing while thinking about how your friend would react if they found out about your condition. they'd probably yell at you for being stupid and tell you to get on with life.
