It's totally worth it. I actually liked it as much as the first one. You will see, it isn't as different as you think :D
I do plan on reading "Extras" I liked the first 3 books and I enjoyed Tally and Shay's transition from uglies to pretties to specials, but I understand this one is set a few years later with different characters so I'm not sure about it...I will very likely read this at some point this summer-I hate to leave the series unfinished.
I did see the "Let the Right One In" movie. I watched it when I had about 100 pages or so left in the book which is pretty silly but I don't feel liked it ruined the book for me.I will get Lamb on my to read list too. Thanks
Ha, luckily my honeyman has a new video game that he's excited about, so he'll do that while I read :o)
Did you see the "Let the Right One In" movie? I saw the movie first because it was playing at a theater in my town, and it was pretty good. Once I read the book (which my boyfriend read first and loved), I was frustrated with all of the different view points. However by the end I realized that they were all in some way important, and I was impressed that the author actually got me to change my mind about it - it's hard to change a reader's opinion once they've made it.
If you enjoy Christopher Moore, you should put "Lamb" on your to-read list for this year. I think it's his funniest - I just could not stop cracking up!

Thanks-I don't think my husband is thrilled-there have been a few weekends where I couldn't tear myself away from my book :)
I really liked Let the Right One In. It was pretty dark, but I really enjoyed how the characters intertwined with each other...this was an odd take on a vampire story.
And Christopher Moore...I am really liking him too. I've only read 2 of his books, but I like his style and his books so far are pretty entertaining, I have had quite a few laugh out loud moments.
Congrats! I'm not even close to my halfway point.
How did you like Let the Right One In and the Christopher Moore novels?
