1202936 I finished the time Paradox and went on to some of his other books. Right now I'm reading Airman and it's pretty good.

1571253 I've only read Half Moon Investigations. It was ok.

1609915 I LOVE AIRMAN! AND HALF MOON INVESTIGATIONS! I liked Half Moon Investigations because it had a really intense plot and the main character, Half Moon, was really smart like Artemis. Unlike Artemis, Half Moon has a detective-style sense of humor. And I loved the ending--it wasn't what I expected, and it was a little sad. It was a good ending though. Airman is so amazing--I LOVE YOU CONOR! (Broekhart, not Finn, Finn is scary.)

1202936 I finished Airman! I felt so bad for Conor when they tricked him into thinking his dad hated him!

2199964 I LOVED THE WISH LIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

message 22: by Diana (new)

1609915 That's probably a good thing. They might completely misrepresent one of the best books ever!

message 23: by αяỵŁŁ (new)

1298891 i love airman!! its so good. the wish list is really good also

message 25: by Ragnarok Skye (new)

1202936 Airman is probably Colfer's best book BESIDES the Artemis Fowl Series.

message 26: by Diana (new)

1609915 I agree.

message 27: by Ragnarok Skye (new)

1202936 I just couldn't get into the Wish List...

message 28: by Diana (new)

1609915 Should I read the Wish List? It's the only young adult book by Colfer that I haven't read yet.

2331773 Airman is one of the funniest depressing books I've ever read.

just fyi

message 44: by Sakureiru (new)

1418448 really?
what's the story about?

message 45: by αяỵŁŁ (new)

1571253 ...idk, i havent read it...

message 46: by Diana (last edited Jun 25, 2009 06:59PM) (new)

1609915 It's set in a sort of historical/medieval era. It's about a boy that is falsely accused of a crime and, through his grueling time spent in a labor prison, learns about good, evil, and his own self. Eventually he must decide whether to--and how to--save those he loves.

message 47: by Brianne (new)

1442483 i love it

and even though there really wasn't a cliffhanger
i was a sequel

message 48: by Juliet (new)

2331773 yes Diana's description is really accurate
i just said it was really funny because colfer is so funny and he makes these really sad situations just ironic and stuff
it really a great book
yeah me too! i want colfer to write a sequel...even though there's not a lot to go off of

message 49: by Brianne (new)

1442483 i dunno i want there to be a sequal

but at the same time airman is kinda like a individual book that there arn't more out there like that and i don't kno if he could do the same sort of story agian

message 50: by Juliet (new)

2331773 yeah i know i think that too
it was really complex, and it does sort of seem like just not-a-series book

but it would make a really great series
