What's surprising is that this movie is mostly shown here in the Philippine's known cinemas..

86285 This hasn't been posted online yet, that's why I haven't posted the link. As soon as it is I will put the link on here for all to enjoy! Not sure why this hasn't been posted online yet.

message 41: by Rachel (new)

1575697 haha yeah, that made me laugh too

212777 I liked the recent article about time spent in front of the computer. I thought it was funny how he added how he hoped to live another ten years, twenty if he didn't get hit by any more minivans.

86285 This is it:

I have actually seen it on VH1 before around Halloween time. Love the dancing skeleton!

That link is the short version. I think the whole version is 20 minutes or so... here is part 1:

part 2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=25_BuVIIu...

part 3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u97iHjiVB...

part 4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Cjoh06Di...

The whole thing is rather quite good!

Wow, never even heard of that music video . . . was it ever finished? I'd like to see it. Must say the carpet thing was hella weird, who knows what he was on then. I loved MJ's music, not so much the person. But I am sad that we'll never hear another song from him again.

message 37: by LinBee (new)

1285949 Yeah, the carpet thing was a bit strange. But hey, most artists that are worth their salt are usually completely off their rockers anyway!

message 36: by Angie, Constant Reader (new)

86285 The experience King had with Michael is just weird!

Not such a fan of Michael, but it is sad. He did check out too soon, honestly. It's nice when so many people can come up with good things about someone when so much bad was said about them. Too bad it had to be posthumously.

message 32: by Rachel (new)

1575697 I joked to my friend that there should be a Law & Order Network 5 years ago! She said "There is. It's called TNT."

86285 Earworms are the worst when I am laying there trying to go to sleep. I mean what the hell?

message 27: by Kandice (new)

1396160 Unfortunately, both of my sons play it on their guitars ALL THE TIME and, between the two of them, have memorized the words to all the versions, so Uncle Stevie didn't hurt or help me with that particular earworm!

message 26: by Rachel (new)

1575697 Um I had that freecreditreport.com commercial stuck in my head all weekend cuz of this column!

Is that Doogie Howser?

message 21: by Angie, Constant Reader (new)

message 17: by Angie, Constant Reader (new)

86285 I love the end of the article when he mentions Cujo!

message 16: by Kandice (new)

1396160 He can definitely play a scary dude! His Cady was wicked!

message 15: by deleted member (new)

^That's great that he mentioned Night of the Hunter and Cape Fear. Robert Mitchum was a bastard in those movies!

message 14: by Angie, Constant Reader (new)

86285 New article for this week... King picks literature's greatest evildoers!

Hi all. New to the group. Yes, I watch "Breaking Bad" and Uncle Stevie is absolutely correct, it is a fantastic show!!!

message 9: by Rachel (new)

1575697 Sounds like a good show but I've never seen an entire episode

86285 New article, anyone watch this show?
http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20263453...

message 7: by Angie, Constant Reader (new)

86285 Did you ever notice if you go to EW's website King doesn't even have a description about himself... no words needed!

message 6: by Rachel (new)

1575697 I remember back when he was the only columnist and they had all this bs in the back when they didn't run a column that was really stupid. I'm glad they came to their senses. I've been subscribing since i was 14.

message 5: by Kandice (new)

1396160 I subscribe to this magazine just so I can save his articles! How Annie Wilkes is that? I really enjoy them, though.

message 4: by Rachel (new)

1575697 I've never really gotten into 24 but i agree with the point King is trying to make.

message 3: by Angie, Constant Reader (last edited Mar 01, 2009 11:33AM) (new)

86285 I will start posting King's Entertainment Weekly articles and if anyone wants to add their two cents feel free to do so!

Feb 13th King article:

http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20258943...

I love 24 and have to agree with King on this one.

Do you agree with Stephen King that the writers strike has caused more people to be involved in politics this election? I do believe I have watched more debates then usual.
