Although I am now getting my regular friend updates again which is great, I never did get the June newsletter, which is not so great for me.

They're going slower than they should, we might end up doing some performance optimization on the mailers soon.

THanks Rivka. I'm just on. I will check my email soon. This happened recently re the slight delay, so next time I'll give it more time before I report any missing emails.

What looks like the 6/29 update showed up in my email a few minutes ago.

I didn't receive today's (6/29) update emails. Friends or groups. It's the friends update emails that I really care about as those are the ones I read.

Anybody else missing their emails or received their emails today? Thanks.

That's what I'm saying. Maybe there was an issue and re-verifying my e-mail today will solve the problem. I have been getting the daily digest of all Group posts uninterrrupted no problem. No friend ones though. And yes, the box was checked to receive them.

Molly, "Seniority" has nothing to do with not getting friends' daily emails in months. If your email address is verified and the box is checked something is wrong!

I haven't gotten the June newsletter and I haven't received a Friends daily e-mail update in months. I went back in today and re-verified my e-mail address and made sure all the boxes are checked off.

Well, I can see that I have NO seniority at all since it took nearly a week longer for me to get the June newsletter compared to Lisa! :)

I'm still waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Though I have the last newsletters saved and March's came on the 18th, April's on the 14th and May's on the 18th. Fingers crossed for June's to come tomorrow :)

I think it must be the one we should have gotten yesterday; all the books were shelved on the 14th. Mine came in at 7:42 am.

Well, this morning I got an friends update email. I think it's for 6/16. I still haven't yet gotten the one for 6/15.

Edit: I just glanced at the friends update email that came this am and it might be the one from 6/15; I don't know.

Yep, I didn't get an updates email this morning, either. I got the GR June newsletter, but that is all. I don't subscribe to group discussions via email.

Hey again. I know recently the friends update email did come late in the day, but not this late, and usually they arrive in the am. I haven't gotten my 6/15 friends update email. (I'm really looking forward to it because I noticed some intriguing entries on my home page that I ignored because I thought I'd get to them in the update email.)

Edit: I got my group discussion email and have been getting emails on comments on reviews. I'm missing only the friends update email.

I just checked and I see the digests from (I think) 5/16, 5/17, and 5/18, and my friends updates from 5/17.

We have 5 email servers, and they had blocked 2 of them (not sure why). I submitted the form too, and got a reply that the block should be lifted within 72 hours.

Rivka sent me 2 messages today, and I miraculously received the notification in my e-mail that I had messages in my GR inbox. So it's strange that I received those, but not the normal updates.

Still, I filled out the form, too. Now my fingers are crossed that I'll start getting my updates again!

That is where you would see any error message, but your email is verified with no issues.

Looking at our mail logs, it looks like Verizon has suddenly started blocking our emails. I'm filling out a form to contact them, but if you could fill this out: http://www2.verizon.net/micro/whitelist/... that may help too!

Hi, all.

I haven't received a digest or friends update since the middle of last week. I did some perusing of the group, and I don't see any other posts about this happening to anyone else. Am I the only one?

I have checked to see if my e-mail address needed to be verified, but I don't see anything jumping out, saying "VERIFY ME!!!" (By the way, where would I see it? I'm guessing there should be something near my e-mail address in my account settings.) The mailings also aren't getting sent to my Spam folder.

Help? Anyone else having troubles? I miss my Goodreads updates :(
