Techo, I am a mod, and while this list is all about questioning society, the questioning needs to be formulated in such a way that we can all understand it.

Of course, in a group called "Questioning Society," Techno has never even used a question mark. I say we just ignore him. And I don't think we're being too hard on Techno. Can you be "too hard" on someone who finds basic grammar to be such a chore that he needs a vacation from it?

And, in fairness, Rgb, you spelled "Techno" wrong. ;)

Yeah, gotta say that techno's grammer annoys me. But I think that people are being too harsh on him. Nearly every member of this group is giving him hassle, maybe we should give the guy a break.

BTW, I'm on vacation, and will only participate in conversations at random hours for some days, and then I start teaching summer school and fishing heavily in my spare time. So don't count on me for five or six weeks, although I will check in...

Actually, Lauren is a mod and has super powers, including the power to boot Techno. Now (having been booted from a list or two myself for being insufficiently pious) I am hardly one to call for people to be egregiously booted from lists for being different, but I do think that it is fair to do something like say:

We could just leave this topic for a week or two. Eventually Techno will have no-one to argue with and will be forced to leave, and then we can all come back and get back to discussing the actual topic.

Or we skip the leaving part and get right to discussing the actual topic, and just pretend like any posts that Techno makes don't exist. We completely ignore his(?) posts, trusting the adage that a troll cannot survive unless it is fed. Eventually he'll get so tired of being ignored (because why else would he be doing this other than for attention) that he will just leave, and we can have our intelligent conversation and debate back.

Or we could just keep this up. It is kind of amusing to watch.

I seriously think that techno is a troll. There's no other explanation for his writing skills. He's using it to get a rise out of people. Unless he's trying to affect a specific writing style using minimal punctuation. In which case, techno, I've read Cormac McCarthy. You, sir, are no Cormac McCarthy.

For the record, techno got kicked out of that thoughts and opinions community, so we can expect a lot more unpunctuated, misspelled, and cromulent discussion from him in the future.
