#70 On Becoming Babywise by Gary Ezzo

I have a feeling that my reading is about to decrease since I'm having the baby Friday but I'm pretty happy with what I've managed to read so far this year.

279142 I think you're right Judy-anything that makes you think that much has to have something going for it. I know what you mean about The Road-I was horrified but had to keep reading. The Reader wasn't quite as powerful for me but clearly I'm still thinking about it.

Nophoto-f-25x33 The REader had that effect on me too..The only other book that made me feel like this was the Road. I didn't really enjoy reading it, but was drawn in and couldn't quit...and was happy to finish, yet was still thinking about it several days later. Understanding layers of why this one did this and why that one didn't do that.

Hmmm. I've decided this is the hallmark of a different kind of "good book!.

279142 Just finished The Reader. Still thinking it over.

Good luck with the goal and Congrats on the new baby! My son is expecting his baby in Sept as well. My first grand-baby! A little girl! I'm obviously a wee bit excited....
