yea my sister ruined twilight for me so it wasnt much of a surprize for me n since they r all out it was a bit boring for me but i still luv them...n i luv VA of course probably more then twilight...
haha guess wot i got one of my friends to read the VA series n she is up to frostbite almose finished it n she already thinks VA is better then twilight haha..
VA is way better.
The characters and plot are better, and not as cheesy.
Plus, Rose totally POWNS bella. She's much stronger and better.
HECK YA!! I love twilight but VA is preeyt darn cool! Bella's a shy, quiet good girl; Rose is a total out goign, badass chick. Edward is a chocky hot cool guy, Dimitri is a super sexy beast!
Ya i luv twilight and all but VA is more original and unpredictable. My only complaint is the covers. They are a tiny bit cheesy. But Rose is so much stronger than Bella, which I totally luv. VA is better.

i loved twilight when i first read it, when i read other books i just kept saying twilight was better but now im not sure because theres nothing more for twilight-theres allways only going to be 4 books and thats it but for vampire academy, more are being made and i dont know was is going to happen, same for the house of night.
yea twilight got me into vampire love storys n now i cant stop reading them n i always thought nothing could match twilight but VA has proven that thats not true lol... i really really wanna read house of night lol but i have only read the first
I love twilight, but vampire academy is on an other level of goodness. Its so much more intense and has an awesome storyline. So without a doubt Vampire Academy, woooo! :)
Don't get me wrong Twiligth is a great series but when you compare the people VA wins most of the time.

probably a twilight vampire, even alough i love all the others od hate to be protecting someone for my whole life.
and some twilight vampires have special powers :D
i get your point but i think being a guardian would be awsome espiecially as a female guardian cuz there are very few, and i think it would be really cool to take all those amazing novice combat classes and the field expeirience seems awsome too, and if i got to guard a moroi from VA i know exactly wwho i would want. :)
vampire academy just has so much more substance than twilight. its not all great and perfect at the end of each book. it even seems more real ... if i had to pick wich book to be in it def be VA
i love twilight but i love Vampire academy much more for twilight it is always the same thing bella getting into trouble VA you never know whats going to happen like with Dimitri i had no idea that he was going to turn strigoi that is much more exciting

so when you put the charaters and books up against each other Vampire Academy wins OVER ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol April thats exactly who i would wanna guard for one thing he's a really cool charecter and for anouther thing he's nott defenseless like all the other Moroi he stands up for himself
Yeah christian would definitely make it less boring! And that's exactly what I thought! He is definatley not defenseless.
VA is so much better then the Twilight series. When I first read the twilight series I thought nothing could be better until I read VA. Smaller books, bigger plot line. And if I had to choose between Edward and Dimka I would choose Dimka. Just Dimitri is a god and edward WAS a god until Dimitri was made up.
Twilight just kinda of doesn't have an plot twists when VA does. Like you already knew Bella and Edward were going to get together but you didn't know if Rose and Dimitri would get together. It was just a kind of "I hope they get together" sort of thing and you just had to speed through it and find out, when in twilight you knew right away they were going to be together. You knew a lot of the fights would happen in Twilight when in VA you didn't. You just sorta were shocked when they did but in Twilight it was like not a big deal. You weren't surprised. So yeah VA it soo much better than Twilight.

i wud've said both r good had twilight got a better ending..but the last book ruined it all for me..and i seriously HATE bella.. rose has a lot more backbone than bella..
writingwise, plotwise, VA is lot more mature, professional, and though-out...VA can beat twilight any day for me!
now if the q was dimitri vs edward: uuh that wud've been hard to answer..edward cullen is my fav fictional character ever... but bookwise its VA all the way!
