2151483 I have never made a reading goal for the entire year. I think I'll be a little daring and try for 50 books. I'm a teacher so I'm counting on the summer to carry me to my goal. I don't know exactly when I read the first ones this year, but I'll keep better track from now on.

1369783 What did you think of The Raw Shark Texts? I read it last summer and really liked it up until the denoument. I felt the conclusion was sort of a cop-out.

2151483 Yeah...I was interested in the character's journey, but it got a little crazy by the time they were on the "boat" and I agree that the conclusion was a bit of a deus ex machina.
