If you mean April... nooo ;) I finished Devil's Dictionary some time after midnight April 1st, but I started reading it in March (dailylit). Then I happily started The Undead Next Door. It was good so I was done before April 1st ended. I finished The Darkest Night about 2 am April 2nd.

1504904 I've noticed you're far into the Outlander series... How's it? I've ready only the first. I loved it. But now I cannot motivate myself to grab and read the next one. Tell me is it all worth it? Those books are all so THICK.

1910173 I love Gabaldon's Outlander. It's my all-time fav. I love the characters, I love the story.
Dragonfly in Amber has all of the above but is more about royal court intrigue slash cloak-and-dagger slash military action. Claire and Jamie come up with some troubles in their relationship, of course, so it's not stagnant (slash boring). That's a lot, but Gabaldon manages to pull it off quite well.
I must say I love that series and I return to it regularly, but Dragonfly is probably the hardest one for me to read (reread). It's worth it, though, and I encourage you to read it.

1504904 Thanks! All time favorite, huh? If you put it that way it's definitely hard to resist. So I'll be squeezing Gabaldon into my reading list soon, though not this month yet...

1910173 Heh, that'll seem awfully silly, but I actually wept when my first polish editions of Gabaldon books (only first three, published by Amber) burned up in a minor fire. I wept for them and not other damages, heh. It was the time when Outlander series in polish was so hard to get. When ŚK started republishing Gabaldon's books I was first in line to get them ;D And it even doesn't matter that translation isn't perfect, I just have to have it on my shelf (it stands right by Dell's paperbacks of it, heh).
