topic: Most influential books?

1059538 Whether you like the book or not Watchmen was obviously one of the most influential comix of the '80s. Probably The Sandman Vol. 1 Preludes and Nocturnes
and Batman The Dark Knight Returns too.
What about other decades?
The Invisibles Vol. 1 Say You Want a Revolution for the '90s?
What about now?
I don't necessarily mean the greatest book of the decade, that's all open too debate, but what do you think were the most influential books of each decade?
(OK, it's an arbitrary division of time, but work with me here).

1757700 Yeah, Watchmen was definetley influential. I would think V For Vendetta was too.
