As a random piece of information about me, I am now officially addicted to 24. I have never really liked a TV show before, but now my mom and I are totally addicted. It's bad. We just finished season 4 and should be starting 5 soon. We didn't start watching them until this summer. Netflix is awesome.

Sounds like me, as I'm 15.

I'm sitting in the furthest and darkest corner of our detached basement, I have my glasses on (because I was too lazy to put my contacts in) and I'm wearing "The Grinch Who Stole Christmas" pajama pants.

The first time I went to pick up my 15-year-old daughter from High School I got out of the car and called out "Katy we're right here." She did not even look at me instead she was intensly focused on pushing buttons.

My daughter was texting my wife frantically so she would tell me to get back in the car and never ever get out of the car again.

I'm not very cool.

I also hate to complain, but nobody but me (Brien Jones) is writing who they are. Which in some cases, I think would be very interesting to know.

I was just asking myself this very question. My company, Jones Harvest Publishing has 700 authors, yet the company is in my basement. Does that make me a publisher?

I have a novel, "The Manuscript" which got five great reviews. But hardly anyone buys it. Does that make me an author?

I have written four screenplays (for other authors) but none are being made into movies. Does that make me a screenwriter?

I am writing this all down for people I never met. Does that make me an idiot? Please don't answer that last one.
