1566203 Here is a list of SOME of my favorite authors. If I listed them all...well, lets just say you would be overwhelmed:

Erin Hunter
Christopher Paolini
Rick Riordan
Ann Downer
Donita K. Paul
Wilson Rawls
J K Rowling
Brian Jacques

1566203 I know, it's sorta short list. :)

1296084 Well I like lots of authors I guess, but for the most part I don't really pay attention to the author of the book. To name my favorites though...
Diana Wynne Jones
Garth Nix

1296084 The only bok by Jack London I Havn't read is White Fang. The Sea Wolf was good, but it was a bit much for me - as an adolescent - to wrap my head around. I loved Call of the Wild! I've read it twice, and that's like the highest praise I can give a book.

1566203 Call of the Wild? I have a friend who is reding that!

1296084 its a good book. you should read it. I have read all the books Garth Nix has written except Abhorsen and Shade's Children. the seventh tower series wasn't even really a series. it was more like one longer story cyt into seven chapters.

1566203 I have heards of Garth Nix. He is the one who wrote those books..."Drowned Wensday" and all those. Are they any good?

message 15: by DragonEyes (new)

1296084 yup. I loved them. the last one in the set is called Lord Sunday, and I can't wait till it comes out.
