I'm about to start reading The Kite Runner Graphic Novel! I'm actually really excited. I'm nervous it won't be as good as the original novel but I'm sure it'll give a different aspect. Although there isn't nearly as much words, I feel as though the pictures will fill that void. I'll post how it is when I'm finished.

Ariane Mae Kite Runner, the book touched my whole being. I can't stop my tears. Absolutely an awe-inspiring novel. :) Well done!
I read the book and watched the movie. The movie was okay. It is difficult to make full movie from the book. I liked the book better.
after reading the book i feel relief to know that, yes, some other person also thinks that some things cant be just explained, but should be experienced in order to understand. like that instance when farid says ' for you, a thousand times over' and amir breaks out. amir very well couldnt have made farid understand why he breaks out by explaining what happened. one need to read the whole life story of amir to get it.
This book was absolutely wonderful! The imagery of it the detail.. I cried so many times reading this book it was ridiculous! I sure hope a graphic novel based on it will do much better than the movie ever did!
I heard the audio book. The book is read by the author, and hearing his pronunciation of names and places added to my enjoyment of the story. I was walking around town running errands balling my eyes out at times. People must have thought I was nuts!
