This rant of course has nothing to do with the invariably awesome people currently on my GoodReads feed, but I find the way GR auto-friends you to someone you're contacts with on FaceBook a particularly loathsome feature.

I just uncoupled the two by deleting the GoodReads API widget on the FB side.
