Pointe Shoes

Pink, silky
and smooth

but hard as
a rock

on the inside.

you think you
envy them

until you slip
them on

pain overcomes
you

like running in
quicksand

you quickly
step out

and right
there you

realize that being in
your own shoes

is perfectly
fine.

poem but its kinda hard to get. :D
