Okay, I give up. Anyone in the universe can be my friend. You don't have to speak English, you can read only science fiction and be Harry Potter's kid brother. You don't have to read my bio or posts. In fact there are absolutely no requirements. I'm shooting for thousands of friends. I want to buy them all a Coke. I want to know what they think about Dick and Jane and the Fuzzy Bunny. I want to read their reviews of The Sultan's Donkey in farsi. Hopefully most of my new friends will have only read half a dozen books. I particularly want friends who just like the photo of my dog, Doc. You can hate Jesus or worship photos of monkey innards. Seriously, anything goes.
There is just one rule. I'm going to delete every third request. I have to maintain some kind of integrity in my friends list.
Thanks for asking me to be your friend. I feel like Mr. Rogers.
