Thanks to Poetry Chaikhana we learned about Abdul-Qader Bedil.

Here’s a Poem from the Poetry Chaikhana Master –

His Living Proof

So few Americans seem to enjoy awareness. I thought more people in general would have found wisdom by looking deep into the east and by enjoying the progress and advancements made there.. yes, like good music you must dig around for it.... But we know so many people are good at doing it for their jazz, why not poetry (from the east as well as the west).

One of the topics touched on in Abdul Qaders work made me think of Meher.

Meher wrote, "THE SHOCK OF THEIR LIVES

America now leads the material side of the world and yet has such potential that she can lead the world spiritually, if awakened. Awakening is love for God in the form of Jesus — God crucified. And God will do it. He can do it. And now the time is near, very near when the spiritual upliftment has to take place. America is destined to lead the world spiritually.

Truth never fails, and lovers of God will soon triumph. In this country at present, unfortunately, the youth is not taught spirituality. Youth is not even given ethical education. But be sure that these very youths who know not of God, but know only to eat, drink, be merry and do lustful actions, will soon get the shock of their lives and know that loving God is life, real life, the Goal of life.

The “human form” in this poem we are pointing to is not so much a reference to human physical body as to human consciousness. Abdul Qadir Bidil is saying that humanity was created by God to be a living witness to Divinity.

And that is what Meher is doing above in his statement. However, "THE SHOCK OF THEIR LIVES" is just the start... although yes, Jesus can be good for those Meher is speaking about... The false have been using Jesus as a way of mind control, many of the masses have been exploited by fake churches that have secret purposes. For those who are sincere seekers, many are still very unaware and lack higher levels of practice like Meher, they lack a respect for the practices which come from the east, they reject the truth about interdependence found in the Tibetan Dharma. They reject Meher himself, even as he points to their beliefs with all respect. Why does he point to their God? This is where the Shock of their lives really gets fun, because Meher IS Jesus come again.

Why would Meher reject one of his past lives?

When it was said, "The eternal mysteries,
following wisdom’s lead,
brought forth
the human form
as their living proof.

As long as the drop
hadn’t emerged from the sea,
the ocean
didn’t notice
the depths of its splendor"....... A pointing to the eternal mysteries happened which leads us to the Ocean and the Drops and the topic of Union.

On that note Meher wrote, "DIRECT JOURNEY TO GOD

The masses who try to attain the Truth by following rites and rituals are, as it were, in the goods train which is detained indefinitely at various stations.

Those who sincerely and devotedly meditate on God or dedicate their lives to the service of humanity are, as it were, in the ordinary train which stops at every station according to the time-table.

But those who seek the company of the Truth-realized Master and carry out his orders in full surrenderance and faith are, as it were, in a special train which will take them to the goal in the shortest possible time, without halts at intermediate stations.
