It was a cold night. Michael Tyson viewed the snowfall from his window seat. Aside from him sat his greatest friend, The Rock.
Something was troubling Michael. Later on that night, he would have to battle with his foe, Jake Carder. He was missing something...if only he could remember....
"Oh my goodness!" he exclaimed. "Remember that battle I have with the Jake character tonight? I just realised that I cannot continue without my glove that could converse with others!"
The Rock looked quite calm. "Yes, I knew we were missing something. That wretched glove." He looked into his coffee, then looked back at Michael. "I know what will cheer you up. I shall return your glove."
Mike's face quickly drew up to a grin. "Oh, thanks, dear friend! But how will you find my glove?"
The Rock still kept calm. There was a mysterious air around him. He took another sip of his coffee. "I talked to a foe of mine, Mr. Moscato, earlier this morning. He handed me this note, but I didn't know what it meant until just now."
He took the note out of his pocket. It read, in terrible penmanship,
'Dear The Rock,
I have stolen your friend, Michael Tyson's most prized possession. Meet me in New Jersey.
Signed, Mr. Moscato.'
Michael didn't read the note. He didn't have to. The Rock knew what he was doing. Michael knew that The Rock would return with his glove.
Slowly, he got up and stepped out of the cafe. The Rock slowly followed him, holding his coffee.
"Well, I suppose I'll go get it." said The Rock. Suddenly, his coat burst open to reveal large, menacing wings resembling that of an angel!
"Good luck, old friend." muttered Michael.
"Keep my coffee warm, Mike." said The Rock. He handed Mike his coffee, then set off into the night.
Michael saw the determination in his friend. He knew that in his heart, The Rock could not fail.
