This is a poem I wrote on a day when I had an inspirational experience and breakthrough. My eyes looked at that experience, and every experience in the way of this poem.

Drifting unconsciously
Waves of effect lapping over m body
Some days I'm treading water
Other days I'm drowning
All along I'm wondering:
Will I ever be in control?

A ship comes
Brightly in the distance
Wherever it moves
The elements do its bidding
As it approaches
I see knowing eyes in the faces of smiling people
Aboard the S.S. Cause

Touched
Lifted
Inspired

I join the ship
Becoming the creator of my life
From up here
My eyes are open to miles and miles of horizons
Along the way
I spot people floating in effect
Some days drowning
Other days treading water
I look upon them with
Knowing eyes and a smiling face
Translucence shows me divinity

Touched
Lifted
Inspired

Another creator
Aboard the S.S. Cause
