Rolling low
In the sun's fading glow.
Crashing lightly
Into the rocks on shore.
Being lured back
Into the vast greeness.
Forevermore.
Jagged cliff faced rise proudly
Into the twilight stages.
Receding skies flow in
Into the world's
Heavenly glow. As
The great eye in the sky
Ends it's show.
Where the seal
Roars out its mournful
Cried,
Underneath the gull that flies.
Speaking out in a whimper
That his mate must have felt.
As soft as the warmth of his
Thick, brown pelt.
Where the high rising
Waves thrash themselves
From the wall of
Ancient stone
Back unto the sea.
From which it was thrown.
O! Heaven on Earth!
Where you're days are
Pure magic,
And your nights are
Sorrowful and tragic.
Hiding the wonders
Of your majesty.
That only you can claim to own.
In the land which
My heart has always known.
