I know what it’s like to die
I couldn’t live knowing that I

I was stupid, my head was in a spin

So I locked my door and took my own life

One night I went back and flew inside

As you held my picture in its frame

And you wanted to take my place for me
I stared at you and told you no
I could not let you go
You looked at me and said, “I wish
You were still here,” and stole a kiss
Suddenly I felt the need to breathe
You cried when you watched over me
As I grew stronger with every breath
Our love has conquered death
