I sat at my desk. The rain pounded against my window. I sighed, while my eyes drifted down to a lined piece of paper, half full of my scribbles that were supposed to be writing my hand-writing. I started to read what I had written.
After reading it, I frowned. I slid my hand over to the paper and I crushed it in to a ball, then threw it across the room, which was covered with similar pieces. Thunder boomed.
I looked at a stack of paper on the corner of my desk. I reached out to get another piece of paper, but, decided against it. I sighed and put my elbow on the desk, put my hand into a fist, and leaned my head against it. My stared at the dancing rain, listening to the booming of the thunder, and watching the flickers from the lightning. A raindrop slowly slid down my window.
I jumped as i heard someone banging on my door.
I started walking towards the door, my bare feet pressing against the wooden floor. Next to the front door was a window that i could look through to see who was at the door. I reached the window, pulled away the curtain, and looked through the window. I couldn't see my visitor through the fog, the rain, and the night's mist.
