Landon and I stood up and walked out of the room side by side. Why did he have to be so awesome? I'm starting to like him. What will I do about Heath? I love him in all but Landon.... I smiled to myself. We were walking really close, just like Heath and I did. Does he like me too? As the questions filled my head we were walking into the office.

"We were sent by Mr.Gregs for causing trouble." Landon spoke in a very sophisticated voice to Mrs. Brown.

"Well, I guess I should send you two to Mrs. Sanders."

She motioned us to follow her we walked down a small hall and into the room at the end of it.

"Mrs. Sanders I have two little trouble makers," we walked in to the room .

"Ah Mr. Night, It is nice to see you again." Landon Shot me a worried glance.

"Hi Ms. Sanders," he said with a smile.

"Come have a seat you two. Thank you Mrs. Brown."

We sat down in the two seats in front of her desk as Mrs. Brown left.

"I'm sorry I'm not quite sure I know your name honey," Mrs. Sanders said to me.

"I'm Sabrina Day."

"Excuse me?" Mrs. Sanders looked really mad.

Landon and I exchanged confused looks.

"You kids really like to get in trouble don't you? You even make last name jokes."

Then it hit me. Landon Night. Sabrina Day .

Landon and I looked at each other.

"Whoa."
"Ohmygosh"

Then we laughed. That was definitely not the best thing to do when we were in the principal's office.

"That's it, 3 day's of after school detention for both of you!" Mrs. Sanders yelled and we went silent. She gave us 3 detention slips each. "Now, return to class."

We quickly got up and practically ran out the door.

"I never noticed that; our last names." Landon said when we were walking to biology.

"I know that is so weird; Night and Day."

Did that mean something? I doubt it. It is just a coincidence. Then he took my hand in his. I turned and looked at him. He was smiling at me and i got lost in his blue eyes.

"I really like you-" he stopped and let go of my hand. "Uhhh your shoes. I really like your shoes."

He said this as we turned the corner and almost ran into Heath. i took a step away from Landon.

"Heath!" I hugged him.

He hugged me back. "Hey Sabrina! What are you and Night doing out here?"

Landon and I looked at each other.

"We were sent to the office," I blushed.

"Sabrina Day, what will your mother say?" Heath joked. "I would ask why but I'm in a hurry. Tell me at lunch."

He quickly turned the corner we just came around.

I hit Landon on the arm

"What the-"

I put my finger to my lips and walked into Mr.Gregs' class.
