Heath still hadn't come back from his meeting, so I sat waiting for history to start by myself. I doodled on my binder trying to pass time.

"Sabrina?" A nervous voice asked from behind me.

I turned around and was about 5 inches from Landon's face. My face got warm. "Hi Landon," I said shyly.

He smiled and his eyes sparkled. He pushed a small square paper towards me. "Don't give it back and read it next period, if you want. Please."

I took the square and turned around. I slipped the note in my pocket. Right before the teacher walked in, Heath came in and kissed me on the cheek.

"I missed you at lunch," I whispered in his ear.

He turned around, "I love you Sabrina." He smiled.

"I love you too," I smiled back. Then tears filled my eyes.

Why was I crying? Sure that was cute but we did that all the time. I blinked quickly over and over again so they would go away.

When the bell rang I walked with Heath to my locker then he wrapped an arm around my waist and squeezed me tightly. With a quick goodbye he left to his locker. I practically ran to the girls locker room to read the note. I went straight to my gym locker and reached for the note. I checked my right pocket then my left. Nothing.

"What the..."

I checked again. Still nothing. I put it my pocket I know I did. I bet it fell out. Oh-no! Disappointment filled me and I changed for gym.

At the end of the day Heath met me at my locker.

"You're going home with Lacey right?" Heath asked me.

"Yep, and Krissy is coming too." I smiled feeling excitement fill me.

"Okay then you all are going to the game right?"

"Yep."

I started searching in my locker thinking maybe the note somehow got in there. Heath noticed me searching.

"Missing something?" Heath's voice was mysterious.

"Ya, nothing special rea-" In Heath's hand was a small, square folded piece of paper.
"You took it?"

"You didn't really think you could get away with seeing Landon behind my back did you?"

My jaw dropped and I quickly shut it and put on my best smart-a look. "Nope, because I never was!"

"Your cover is blown Sabrina. No need to hide anymore."

I was so angry. This guy thinks I was cheating on him and doesn't believe me when I'm telling the truth. Some great boyfriend he is! I slapped him on the right side of his face. Someone gasped from behind me. It was Lacey.

"I cannot believe all this bull crap you are telling me right now. You don't even trust and I'm your girlfriend! You know you're starting to make Landon look nice! What even made you think I was sneaking to see him?"

"The note Sabrina. It said 'meet me at my locker after school'."

"You're wrong and your a a**." I grabbed the note from his hand and walked off with Lacey.

"He thought you were cheating on him with Landon?"

"Yep."

"Why?"

"Because of this." I handed her the note.

She opened it and gasped. "This is the first secret meeting note right?"

"Duh Lacey! If we were secretly meeting you and Krissy would be the first to know!" While I was speaking we had met up with Krissy at Lacey's car.

"What?" Krissy's brown eyes widened.

"I'll explain in the car." Lacey sighed.

We got in her car and Lacey pulled out of the parking lot. She started the story with the note then glided unto the whole Heath slapping.

"My goodness Sabrina! You need to make up your mind! Here I have an idea, we are only giving you until 9 tonight to make up you mind. We won't go to the football game so you can have all afternoon to decide." Krissy said matter of factly, as we were pulling into Lacey's driveway.

"That's a awesome plan Krissy!" Lacey and Krissy got out of the car and high fived.
