This wasn't the first time this happened its actually been happening a lot. I go to a party, swear to god noting will happen and yet i always do it. its not my fault i like to go with the flow, but this is gonna change right now. “Stop Daren " ,I say," I don't want to do this." "oh. come on Rach if u didn't want to do this why did you come down here with me." and Daren reaches for me again. "STOP!!!" I yelled again but this time with meaning in my voice and out of nowhere the world stops spinning, time freezes. i just recently figured out i can do stuff like this even when i don't mean to. Its actually really hard to undo this. i have to get myself out of the situation i was currently in, see the thing is im a witch and as a hellino witch you don’t figure out your a witch until your 16 and exactly 4 weeks till my 16th birthday. I got my powers early so they had to tell me before I turned 16.
i dont think its really fair to keep it hidden for 16 years but i guess its for the best, since they want us to try and have a normal life. There’s 3 kinds of witches there the hellino witch's like me we have a pretty normal life because at the age of 15 and 1/2 we start developing our powers and we get to decide what we do with our powers. bellio is another type of witch's they are evil witches the work with demons, they make deals to capture souls and sell them . And then there cellio they are the good witch's they have to train to kill the bellio and its not easy at all learning all those damn spells i know i choose to become a good witch. now im stuck like this , so i grab my shirt pull it on over my head.
I walk over to Lauren and Aric who were talking in the other side of the basement in jenny's house every ones still frozen in time well, besides me of course. i grab jenny take her over to where Daren's sitting and put her next to him , then i had to make it seem like they were their all the time so i go inside their minds so that they think they were in deep conversation about whey Lauren hasn't been outta the house lately. Then i go over to Aric and make it to where he thinks we were talking about how were going to Janel home, she’s as drunks as ever. So as i shift into place time unfreezes.
"So you will give Janel a ride home right?" Aric asks. "Yea I’ve only had a beer i think ill use her phone to text her mom telling her that she will stay the night at my house and we will cruise around for a while." i replied. and turned to walk away when i ran into Vanessa. she had a evil look on her face when she noticed i was with Aric shes always liked him but never had the guts to tell him. Vanessa knows that Aric's just not my type. but shes liked him since 8th grade and that’s just how she is. well, that doesn’t even matter who really cares what Vanessa thinks.
I walk out of the basement and into the bake yard to get Janet. On my way out there i run into lily she stops me and tries to say something, then she stops trying and starts to walk away but when she starts to leave she spilled her beer all over my shirt, i didn’t care right then i just had to go out back to Janel. She’s had a bit to much to drink i thought to myself silently as i saw her. i found her next to the bar by the pool of course typical Janel she always wants another beer, "iumnuotdruwkgimmeanuteerbeurr" she said ,well she meant im not drunk give me another beer.. "where are your car keys Janel." i asked waiting for a reply impatiently. "inmuhyypuuhrrrrseee" was her reply i already know her drunk talk. she means in her purse. "Janel where is your purse." "unhhhderdwahsweink" she says all smashed together. "Janel come on were leaving." i grab Janel and we go through the house to the sink and under it we find her purse. We go to the front yard and before we get in the car we walk to a trash can across the street at the park and i swear she started to puke her guts up. "better out her than in your car" i murmured
we walk over to her car damn rich people i think to myself. Janel has a fucking red convertible dodge viper. who the hell would give a 16 year old a red convertible dodge viper. One like Janel at that, little miss no im not drunk i just can stand up straight or walk in a line or even talk nope not at all.
We finally got in the car and started to drive around town. Janel passed out like 10 minutes after we got in the car. she kept saying "canniiitwakkemuhyshurtofffyuet?" meaning can i take my shirt of yet. i just gave her a look that looked like i thought she was insane. my mom called me around like 2A.M "Rachel where are you at its fucking 2 in the morning are you okay? why weren't you home hours ago?" " im fine im fine mom dont worry im just drivin around ill be home in a little bit." "okay" my mom said and i hung up.
then i drove down to the beach it as still pitch dark but i love the sound of the waves and the smell of the cool breeze so i decided to get out of the car for an hour, i walked up and down the sand for a little while then i finally decided to get bak in the car . Janel woke up around like 5 A.M when we were on the highway so we went to our friend Dianas house to get cleaned up. when we got there it took like 2 hours to make Janel seem like she didnt drink anything, my buzz was gone now and Janel was hung over. so, i texted my mom saying "hey, im at Dianas house im gunna stay over here today."
she never replied meaning that i could. Diana’s parents weren’t ever home they left her home almost all the time they gave her like 1000$ a week to survive.
We washed mine and Janel's clothes. they both smelt of alcohol. Janel took a shower first to get the smell of barf off her then i took one to get the smell of the alcohol i got spilled on me earlier that day. when we were both clean we put some pjs on i had pajama pants with rubber duckies. and Janel had tinker bell. when we were watching the twilight movie about half way through i finally passed out for a good six hours. when i woke um diana and janel were setting up guitar hero world tour. i went to the kitchen got a diet pepsi (my favorite soda) and went back to the living room .
when they were done setting it up they told me to play drums so i decided it would be fun then i realized what time it was. Shit i thought its already 9:30 P.M "i gotta go Janel do u mind drivin me to my house I’ve got stuff to do." i thought silently as in stuff i mean fucking training and deciding what i wanna do with my powers. So much for being a normal teenager. when i got to my house it was already 10:15 and my mom was setting up the training room, i had to learn how to control my powers before i decide what to do with them. i had to learn how to use my powers in a classroom like room with 8 other witches that i may or may not know. i don’t figure out who they are until the first class starts ,some time in the next three weeks before I turn 16. but, since my mom teaches it and because I developed my powers earlier and more powerfully i get to learn stuff before them. See according to the other witches I'm more developed that all the other witches i got my powers a little earlier and so i have a harder time controlling them.
Its not fair going through half your life not really knowing what you are or who you are but i guess its for the best. I just don’t see how I got my powers before I was supposed to and its just weird that their even more powerful than my moms who has her full powers, I don’t have my full powers until I turn eighteen. I might not have my full powers but I still have more powers than most people with full powers. “hey mom I’m home.” I yelled. “ okay sweetie, I’m in the classroom. Im going to teach you something different today.”
I sighed and went to my room to make sure it was nice and neat I cannot function when things are messy. I had like 4 loads of laundry to do. Not to mention I have to play my big 16th birthday bash only 4 weeks away. And school starts in two days. So much to do so little time. I walked back down stairs and into the classroom , my mom was setting up some stupid cauldron. When were in class shes more of a teacher than a mother. “Today we learn about supernatural creatures , you know how no one believed in witches well, there’s other types of fictional creatures.””
Vampires, not all are good, not all are evil. Some vampires do choose to suck humans blood others choose to use animals , such as deer , some even drink donated blood. Moving on to shape shifters , I know you heard the stories that shape shifters live of intestines and the insides of humans that is not true” she put emphasize on the not “ they have to eat the insides of reptiles. They are normally really nice but if u tick them off before they shape shift things can get pretty ugly.”
she paused for a minute to let me take everything in=m learning in. “moving on” she said. “lets talk about werewolves. They don’t only change during a full moon they can change whenever they want to , but they have to change on a full moon.” I sighed wondering what else there is about this world I don’t know. My mom correction teacher kept talking on and on I stopped paying attention.
She finally asked, “do you have any questions?” No I don’t can I go now” I said “sure why not” and I went up to my room, the end of that class. Well that’s not confusing at all. Now I just have to figure out how to tell all these supernatural things apart from humans , like witches they have a birthmark on their right arm right on the wrist , but no birthmark is the same as another. that’s what confuses everything. I’ve only seen like 6 witches at my school , but im the only one that knows their witches , like my best friend Diana shes a witch, but I don’t know what kind , her birthdays next week so she will be told what she is.
I’m hoping she’s a bellio witch or a hellino witch. My mom never chose a side she stayed neutral just a teacher, at least she gets paid for being a witch teacher. My dad is a neutral witch too. Actually they never told me why they became like that , they never told me anything about these different witches , it was my grandma , grandma gege she passed away not to long ago but lets not think about that I told myself. I guess I should probably get some rest. So I went to bed in my nice and neat bed.
Everythings a rush whats going on, “grandma GeGe is that you?” I ask “no one is who you think they are, beware their not who you think they are ,child listen to me I only have a little bit of time. No one is who you think they are, be careful and only trust the people that are trust worthy , be careful or it could be you they have next.”, “Grandma ,
Grandma what are you talking about who are you talking about, whos trust worthy , how do I know if someones trust worthy?” “You will know darling I trust your judgment just know not everyone is who they seem , not every group of people does what they say the do please promise me you will be careful darling promise me” “okay grandma I promise”

And that was when I woke up, I woke up crying and panicking and trying to figure out what my grandma was talking about,
who were these people , was she really in my dream or do I just miss her that much,
So many unanswered questions. All I could think was I need to get to the bottom of this. Whatever this is.
