I could faintly hear the background noises. People murmuring, somebody crying and whimpering, and somebody whispering things to my ear.
“Alyson everything is okay, but you need to wake up honey okay?” The person snuffled.”Please baby wake up”
I could hear her feet being shuffled away, and faintly hear her sobs. It was gut wrenching.
“Shhh dear. She will wake up okay; she just used a lot energy she needs to recover from it”
“But it has been two months and she is still asleep. She should have recovered by know”
My mind was too sleepy to process what the lady was saying. Two months, I have been asleep for two whole months? That couldn’t be right. What is happening to me?
“Nobody knows how long it could take. Nobody has this kind of power and she used a lot opening the wooden doors. Calm down she will be okay”
My mind felt groggy and heavy, like your eyes are when you haven’t had enough sleep.
Go to sleep Alyson, if we can’t have you nobody can. Sleep.
I obeyed the menacing voice in my head, and let the blackness take over me once again.
