My name is Hope. And I have something to tell. But first, let me introduce myself.
I have brown hair and blue eyes. I love fantasy and I believe in everything. I am 11 years old. Boy, middle school is fun.
It all started when I became a clutz. I would fall everyday,
ending up with scratches and cuts. Once I even got a scar, but that's another story.
One day my family took me to the grand canyon. There were so many cliffs and when I looked over the fence, I must admit, I fell. As in fell down. Not as in falling in love. Eww! I can't imagine that. But, getting back to this fantasy absorbing story, going on...
There was a hole in the fence, people say, and I strongly encourage the rumor, but to tell the truth, I just simply melted through the fence. Like it wasn't even there.
I have a lot of things to confess. Like, I screamed like a girl (hey! I am one!) And I shouted 'Good- bye dear life' and I kissed the ground once I reached the bottom- Oops! I didn't mean to say that!
So, getting back to the story, I reached the ground. It was like a trampoline and I bounced up and down. When I finally stepped off, I kissed the ground, shouted in joy, and saw a tunnel.
I had to walk around and explore, I confess, i am very, very, VERY claustrophobic. I was already feeling nauseous. But don't pay any attention to my retching, pay attention to the tunnel!
It glowed with a soft golden light that illuminated the fat, squat figure that stood in the way.
I cowered against the side of the cliff (Did I mention that I was scared of strangers?) and then the figure went out of the way.
"Hello! Hello! Hello!" the man boomed in a goofy voice.
"Erm, there's only one person here." I said, my eyes wide.
"That why you are special! Three hellos for you!"
I was smiling a little. The man reminded me of a mickey mouse charecter, Goofy. His voice was pretty much the same.
"Come along, it's time for fun!" The man bellowed and pratically bounced to the doorway, he was so fat.
Once in the light filled tunnel, I could see the guy. He was about 40 with thinning brown hair and bright blue eyes. There were laughing wrinkles around his eyes and he was wearing a bright blue jumpsuit that shimmered in the faint light.
"Excuse me, but who are you?" I asked as politely as I could muster.
"I'm Muster Bouncer- er!" Muster Bouncerer said cheerfully.
We stepped out of the tunnel and into a waterfall. I did my best not to shudder as the icy water blocked my vision and made me chatter from head to toe.
We walked out of the water fall, my ees still closed. I could feel sun onto my eyelids and I opened my eyes and gasped.
I was in a glade that was pretty much magical. Unicorns grazed with princesses and knights battled with dragons. Old crones sat on weathered stools weaving brightly colored tapastries.
"Welcome to Storyeta!" Muster Bouncerer called cheerfully. A roly- poly woman with bright auburn curls that was almost as fat as Muster Bouncerer jumped out of a cottage,
"Why hello dear thang!" she said, her brown eyes smiling. she had a western accent. "I'm Mussus Bouncerer!" I like her. She had a motherly air about her and was sweet-sounding.
I hesitantly smiled back. "So, how do I get back?" I asked, my voice quavering.
Mussus Bouncerer smiled back. "Well honey, you're going to have to search."
