I lay in bed. I loved spending the day in Daniel's house. His room isn't so bad either. Everyone would always tell me, especially in middle school and high school, that Daniel and I would fall in love. At the time, I thought they were crazy, but I wouldn't want my life to turn out any differently than it has. I've lived, I've loved, and I've laughed; all with Daniel.

My phone vibrated on my bed side table. I flipped it open. 'I love you, forever and always'

A few minutes later, I heard a tapping on my window. I already knew who it was and I was lucky as I always was on nights like this, that my room was on the first floor. I pushed open my window to see a very wanted and familiar face. I climbed out, holding onto his shoulder for support.

We walked hand in hand through my back yard. Deep into the small woods behind my house, lay a creek. We walked through the warn down path. Daniel walked over to the large willow tree where we had a blanket and pillows shoved away in a large plastic bag. We were comfortable in each other's arms as we watched the sky light up with stars. This memory would always be with me; stored away with all of the others.

"Forever and Always," I murmured. "Best friends til death."

"And true love to follow through the after life," he finished.

Silence over whelmed as lips touched, hands felt, hearts...loved.
